The other day over lunch break, Facebook asked me a fairly straight-forward, simple request: pick up the nearest book to you, turn to page 45. The first sentence explains your love life.
Being lunch break, I had limited real books nearby. Procedure manuals, articles and reports, sure. But only one bound book.
I turned to the first sentence on page 45 of the Project Management Book of Knowledge. This is the explanation of my love life is: Initiating processes may be performed by organizational, program or portfolio processes external to the project’s scope of control.
So. My love life may be initiated by external processes beyond the “project’s” scope of control.
